Pros
Not many, truthfully, other than maybe the comradery that exists with the employees that are struggling together. I'd also agree with the previous review to reiterate that the clients are typically a pleasure to work with... though there are some that were definitely a handful. Also, though, if you manage to get enough experience with RDS, it will definitely help you get your foot a little farther in the door with one of their competitors when you finally decide to leave.
Cons
Underappreciation: Problems are your fault only, yet achievements are not rewarded... infact, they'll be taken away from you. Low salary - Bonuses are laughable. No performance or annual reviews of any kind. No training, either - Sink or swim. Luckily, I was able to swim very well and for quite some time, the reward just wasn't worth the effort.
