The health insurance plan is easily the worst I've dealt with and requires months of pestering both the insurance company and an ancillary insurance company to get even a simple office visit covered. Every coworker I've talked to, including my boss, is on their spouses healthcare from their job instead. Pay is low, with raises either very low (3% is the norm) or non-existent. Instead, management dangles the idea of random bonuses based on factors they don't share with us.
