• Retail Success provides a competitive, yet fun, work environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded. • The benefits package is competitive in some areas and generous in others. • Environment - the building is fantastic and offers both a functional place to work and a comfortable place to relax. From the work areas, to the cafe (where receive twice-a-month catered lunches) to the on-site gym, Retail Success provides an environment where I look forward coming to work. • Organic growth - many individuals have worked their way up from the very bottom. It’s awesome that you can start out in entry-level support positions, have the opportunity to grow, and one day, potentially, become a VP. • Opportunities - The company has experienced rapid growth over the last several years and to still have close relationships and the comradery of a small organization is refreshing. With the growth of the organization being what it has, coupled with outstanding leadership, opportunity abounds - this company is going places and I’m very excited to have the opportunity to contribute to its journey.
Cons
As with any company that experiences rapid growth there can be growing pains. However, with recent additions to the team I anticipate this to quickly shift in positive direction.
