RevStar Consulting

Is this your company?

Pros

They pay 25 an hour, but every Friday you have to fight with the managers to get them to accept 40 hours or more.

Cons

- they almost never accept the 40 hours of work - after 2 weeks they made me sign an agreement in which they could fire me at any time without notice (when I signed the contract it was at least 15 days) - if they no longer want to continue with you they simply do not assign you tasks - there are cases in which they fired developers in less than 2 weeks, which does not seem fair to me because one changes jobs expecting at least one opportunity - everyone is constantly afraid

Pros

The work that the company does is exciting to work on with interesting clients.

Cons

Where to start? No retirement benefits. Very poor health care. Little room for growth. Toxic workplace leadership will literally yell obscenities at team members on a call when someone asks for further explanation on topics there has been no training on. Everything is your fault. No matter who you are or how hard you work to fix or improve a project, company, policy, or previous work. When someone is suggesting an improvement or providing feedback, leadership goes on the defensive every time and you end up under attack.
