If you can pick up the pieces and turn the company around, you'll be rewarded. Unlimited PTO.

Cons

Throwing a bunch of companies together and hoping for the best has resulted in nobody actually knowing what they are doing and what they are responsible for. High attrition means there are simply not enough people to get any work done. Management has shown blatant disregard for employees. Benefits were massively cut. Pay has been frozen despite an incredibly competitive hiring market. Sales comp plans are pathetic. The result is a revolving door and low employee morale. The company won't succeed when the majority of employees couldn't care less.

Pros

Lots of international travel, though unless you're C-suite it'll be in economy.

Cons

Lots of "not for me but for thee" level of pettiness to rules, policies, and attitudes among senior leadership. They're more than happy to talk up opportunity and culture and then immediately turn around and ignore it all in favor of their self-serving needs.
