Pros

The pros are numerous. The people who work here are all very smart and all willing to work together and help one another. I have never worked at any other company where everyone got along as well as the team does with one another here. The company also really cares that it keeps its employees happy. Reveal provides lunch every Monday and Breakfast every Friday for the employees.

Cons

The only downside worth mentioning is that the office is on an open office floor plan. So if you are used to having an office, or even a cubicle, you will not get that here. And because of the open plan it sometimes can get very noisy.
