Pros

Everyone is friendly and gets along. Good company to start at if you have little experience. Breakfast on Fridays and lunch on Mondays.

Cons

In person everyday (only those in Chicago). Made promises to employees they could not deliver. Too many people do work outside of their pay/title, then get told they will not be given promotions. The work hours expectation is 8-5 rather than 9-5

Thank you for your feedback on your experience at Reveal. We appreciate your perspective and take your comments seriously. We want to clarify that throughout our hiring process, we are very clear that we are a full-time, 5-day in-office company. We understand that work flexibility is important to many individuals, but we have established an in-person 5-day work policy to promote collaboration, teamwork, and effective communication which is also explicit in all job postings on our website. We provide an honest and supportive work environment and we are fully committed to helping employees be successful. This includes clarifying expectations around a standard work week. While Reveal fully understands the need for flexibility, consistently combining later arrivals, extended lunches and breaks as well as early departures are not best practices to lead to success for any individual. Feel free to reach out to our HR department with any further concerns. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Reveal is filled with talented, driven professionals, and I genuinely enjoy working alongside my colleagues each day. The company has undergone significant growth over the past few years and has made deliberate investments in maturing its operations, including its processes, products, and people. Amid broader uncertainty in the tech industry, Reveal has demonstrated stability and resilience. For those willing to put in the effort, it is a place where you can meaningfully expand your skill set and take on high-impact projects. The company fosters an environment that encourages learning, ownership, and career mobility. You are never limited to a narrow path.

Cons

The complexity of integrating multiple acquisitions has, at times, introduced distraction and a temporary loss of focus. However, the company’s recent emphasis on organizational maturity and operational stability has enabled a renewed focus on innovation and product development.

Pros

Some people I met were great mentors and helped me learn a lot.

Cons

Team members seemed stressed and slightly unhappy to be working there. They felt overwhelmed with the work and not heard by management.
