Pros
I was able to learn many valuable skills. Mid level management was helpful and caring. If you like extensive travel, as I do, the position was great. Nice benefits package.
Cons
Senior management was unpredictable in policies, procedures, and behavior. Comp time was frequently difficult to receive. Salaried, non-exempt employees were frequently required to work beyond 40 hours per week with no compensation. Changes to benefits were enacted without warning.
