After being here for 3 years still not seen for the dedication that I have for this company. I come in early I stay late just to make sure my job is above superior. I am still under compensated for all of my hard work and dedication. I have proven myself time and time again and still no change in the attitudes from upper management. I feel like the gum beneath the company's shoe. Sure they have all these extra amenities but we hardly ever get the opportunity to actually enjoy them. All I ask for is a good job now and then or we are happy to have you aboard. Instead, what do I get? An insulting yearly raise. Its very disappointing and I hope it gets better.

If you have a specific issue within your position and don’t feel appreciated, then I encourage you to speak with your Manager about this to attempt a resolution. We would much rather you be satisfied with your job than feel like your feel like you’re in Hell. We are also sorry to hear that you feel that your annual salary increase is insulting. Raises are intended to be a recognition of hard work. Life at Revention should be rewarding and happy. If this is not what you’re experiencing after 3 years, then please find a company that will satisfy your needs. And be happy. Congrats on your 3 Year Anniversary!
