When a certain person in a certain position that I will not name does not like you, you will find yourself put in predicaments designed for you to fail or become frustrated in order for them to bait you into either quitting or getting yourself fired. You will find yourself with literally the worst schedule possible, phantom write ups for things everyone does but since you are not liked they use it in attempt to get rid of you. They don't follow their own protocol. Asking a question will get you in trouble if this certain person cannot answer it because they will take it as you being condescending. If you work a bad schedule you don't get a chance to take advantage of the "perks". There is no room for growth if you are young and have greater aspirations. Communication is minimal. Your "boss" is someone who does not understand or have the ability to halfway do your job. You are always wrong even when you are right. In fact, you are wrong for being right. You are told to follow rules that even the people who make the rules do not follow them. There is not enough "technical" work for a customer service tech so their is a short ceiling on what you can learn as far as networking and actual IT goes. There is a certain person whom will panic or overreact over literally nothing and stand behind you with their pelvis aimed at your back as a form of micromanagement which makes many of the techs uncomfortable. HR is just used as a device to weed out anyone who isn't a company guy. You literally cannot got to HR with a grievance because it will just get you fired. If you are doing something that is not right and were never told the right way to do it they will first write you up and then show you the right way. Don't get caught trying to learn on your own. Rules can change randomly and also conveniently enough to write people up or fire them. Most of the positive reviews here on glassdoor are not organic, they are manufactured to make this place seem like it's one of the best places to work but it's really just a selling point to get you into the company. They try to convince you to take the job at your interview like a salesman. It's more of a sales company than a technology company which explains why lip service is more appreciated than logic. You will never get a "thank you" or a "good job" especially if you are not liked by a certain someone. If you are in the customer service department you are treated like the redheaded stepchild. Hard work does not pay off. The software itself is glitchy and has an infestation of bugs. They tell to you to keep it "revention real" by lying to customers. Honesty is frowned upon. Suggestions will get you written up. Logic also will get you written up. They will fire people to avoid giving them a raise. The employee reviews are a joke and cannot be taken serious. If you are not a good company slave your review will be more like an insult. After this glassdoor review they will have someone do damage control and crap all over it in attempt to make it look like I was really a bad employee. Then there will be another fake review done by a "company person" to try and balance out this bad review with a good one. That's a bunch of nonsense. Nobody in the customer service department leaves on good terms. That should tell you something. Leaving a two week notice can also get you fired. That should tell you something. A certain someone just has a power trip at times and tries to bully you and intimidate you in a corporate fashion. For anyone who wants to work for this company I advise you to watch the words and the body language of the person giving you that second interview. Read between the lines and pay attention to details. Don't just be happy to get a job. You have to really analyze this place or you will end up disgruntled and unhappy. Another thing too is your yearly salary is based on a 45 hour work week instead of 40 hours so if you take away the overtime you aren't making any money. The training is just one week and that ain't enough because they expect you to know everything even though a certain person who cannot be named doesn't even know 1% of how to use the software. And lastly, you will see many friends quit or get fired. People quit or get fired left and right at this place. How can anyone feel like they have job security when when the turnover is so high?
