Pros
Payroll give you your salary on time (once at end of the month). Payroll department is good to talk with. Very good health insurance coverage for low premium. W2 is given properly.
Cons
Everything else is a con. The owner and marketers have no idea about what is going on outside their company. I saw online that their company is running from many years. That is how they have learned all the industry words for sure. They lie about everything. Stay far far far away from them. Employees = slaves for them. Absolutely unethical. No culture. Only value is give them all the money you put all your effort to make. I agree with the other person's review who said that they think they know everything and own you. It is true, your company is built because of us not the other way around.
