Pros

Zero Politics: This is the least political company I’ve ever worked for. If you want to build a feature or move a metric, there are no excuses and no corporate games. People here care about the objective, not about looking busy or playing favorites. True Meritocracy: You are 100% evaluated on your results. If you’re a top performer and you deliver, you’ll grow faster here than anywhere else. It’s a "Get It Done" culture through and through. Impact & Scale: It’s incredible to see how the company’s results directly reflect the hard work you put in. You’re not just a cog in the machine; you’re actually driving the ship. Talent Density: You’re surrounded by incredibly smart, driven people. It forces you to level up every single day. Flexibility: While the work is intense, the remote-friendly policy actually works well if you know how to manage your own time.

Cons

Intensity is real: The "fast-paced" label isn't just marketing, it’s the reality. If you value a slow, predictable pace, you won’t like it here. Work-Life Balance: This isn't a 9-to-5 where you can coast, and because the culture is so results-driven, it’s easy to find yourself working long hours to hit targets. Constant Change: The company pivots fast. Processes or products that worked three months ago might be obsolete today, which can be frustrating if you prefer stability over agility.

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Pros

Highly challenging culture that values your work

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
