Pros

Paid Holiday Ability to work abroad

Cons

- Training is very disconnected - so much slides and 0 training directly from the team - Lack of social events with your team - If you are remote and not based in London, there will be a bias towards the managers and you will learn less - KPIs are unrealistic and it is impossible to earn commission with 200 AEs being employed every 1-2 months (Especially SMB). - QC will block your commission if you mention the wrong thing on a call or email

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Pros

Highly challenging culture that values your work

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
