Revolut is building a truly global financial superapp so our customers can have everything they need at their fingertips, and we're glad to hear your positive feedback. Our people deserve so much for making such brilliant innovations happen, and one way we let them know that is through competitive salaries as you've mentioned. We evaluate people carefully and deliver honest feedback respectfully, in a non-personal way and provide guidance on what needs to be done to get promoted next time. We wish you all the best and thank you for your great work!

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Pros

Highly challenging culture that values your work

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
