      - Fast paced, dynamic, ambitious culture - Lots of smart people in many different domains who you can work with, mentor and learn from - Flat structure in terms of hierarchy in general. Everyone's views are heard - Good compensation - Exciting and fast growth. You truly feel proud working on this rocket ship

      Cons

      Not many - best company I have worked at so far in my career. Perhaps further cash remuneration rewards for its high employing employees if I were to really nitpick, though the salaries are certainly already very competitive.

      + Everyone knows Revolut - easier conversations. + Product is top tier. + Good benefits. + Good on your resume.

      Cons

      - Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
