Not for most - Data Analyst - Product Revolut Employee Review

I wish they cared about their employees even half as much as they care about their customers. From week one my colleagues advised me to not stress or burnout, which is a big red flag, despite their positive intentions. The high focus on department, team and individual KPIs makes it hard to collaborate, since everyone is focused on their performance. I noticed people doing lots of overtime. The data function felt completely strained. I found abolutely no trust from my line manager and a lack of people skills, as well as an adequate stress management response - requests from above are sent down on a cascading spiral, with no clear prioritization (everything is a priority, and at the end of the week you're still expected to deliver what you couldn't due to said urgent requests). Speculation about sick leaves allowed during team meetings. Beware of the trial period, it is taken very seriously, and, as a colleague once said, they make it hard on purpose, to test you. A lot of communications, often redundant, that you're expected to keep up with.
