      - Fast paced - you'll not feel stuck or bored, majority projects are fast paced - High impact - you'll get to contribute to organisational growth in a meaningful way - Good product and operations mix (specific to people joining for Strategy & Ops roles) with a lot of ownership - Revolut offers a lot of flexibility so that people can also manage life outside work (provided roadmap does not suffer)

      If you don't want to work in a fast paced, high impact org then Revolut is not for you

      + Everyone knows Revolut - easier conversations. + Product is top tier. + Good benefits. + Good on your resume.

      Cons

      - Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
