Co-workers and direct managers, benefits, enthusiastic work environment

Cons

Unrealistic quotas, went from a customer service role hired for to a strictly sales based role in two months, and was handed an insane amount of accounts by the end. Then unfortunately COVID-19 took place

Pros

Ability to run your own business with support of a company behind you. High earning potential if you are a real hunter, professional salesperson, and self-motivated. Great people to work with and great product to sell. Excellent benefits and higher than norm 401k matching. Unlimited PTO but need to hit your numbers - it's a sales role, after all! What else would you expect?

Cons

Working with restaurants is fun but challenging too.
