They make sure you leave the building every single day with a fully functioning iPhone and iPad, so there's zero friction getting into the field. It's a small thing that makes a big difference.

Where do I even start. Management is nowhere to be found when you actually need them, but somehow everybody and their brother has an opinion about how you should run your territory. The Reyes family?
