Pressure to meet metrics that are skewed to push to be unsafe! Culture is TOXIC!!! Supervisors and higher ups want to tell you how to do a job they themselves have NEVER done!! Micro management. Appreciation is shown through BBQ's with hot dogs and burgers (NEVER chicken or carne asada or any other types of meat), pizzas and sandwiches and giveaways of merch that they had collecting dust in some store room. Very cheap when showongc"APPRECIATION" to their workers while they're splurging on box seats at sporting events and expensive "TEAM BUILDING" dinners and lunches!!
