IN MY OPINION - no room for advancement unless you are a manager's pet, good looking, played an instrument, drank with the good old boys after hours / Get ready to live in your suitcase / Politics here consumed almost every decision made / Graded by a so called "panel" at the end of the year, which you don't hear about until weeks later, where managers sit there and bash you and you can't defend yourself until after your review is given / Slowly and painfully having the original history of the company gone and becoming RJ Reynolds.
