Pros
The company car is great, and the 6% company match for our 401k is nice.
Cons
Stress far outweighs the salary. You will be overwhelmed and bombarded with countless new initiatives - too many for any reasonably hard worker to handle effectively. Our strategy is constantly changing, frantic, disorganized, and unclear. We don't treat our retailers well, and they are the ones buying our products. Opportunity for promotion only exists if you are willing to relocate. It was a tough job to begin with, but since the BAT acquisition, things have taken an obvious turn for the worse. I would encourage potential applicants to look elsewhere - this job simply isn't worth the salary anymore.
