Company car and health benefits. The people you started out with.
Cons
Lack of respect and no appreciation for employees. Unreasonable expectations and workload (everything is a priority). They care more about numbers than their employees and their customers. They will not retain good partnership with customers if they stay on this track. Customers constantly feel like they are getting screwed over. Basically ruined years of trust and credibility we have built with customers in the past 6 months. If you speak up or show concerns, they tell you to stop being negative and disregard your concerns. So unfortunate how this company transformed from being one of the best places to work to what it is today.
