This company does not care about your health and well-being. Throughout the pandemic year, we’ve released around 50 new skus. Call coverage keeps increasing. Retailers are mad. BAT does not appreciate the reps at all. We are treated as high paid merchandisers now. They keep pushing legacy Reynolds management out, slowly replacing them with international BAT assignments. The only reason all the new products have been accepted is because of our relationships with customers. Legacy Reynolds reps are dropping like flies. Management is getting younger and/or more inexperienced by the day. Who is going to train all these newer faces? By the time BAT realizes they’ve messed up it will be too late. They will have lost all their high performers. Motivation is not dealt through a town hall meeting saying cut the crap. Auger would’ve never said that in such a setting. He knew how to make you feel appreciated and motivate, while still providing growth and gains for the company.
