A commitment to diversity is a joke. With the latest round of layoffs, the company got much less diverse. I'm terms of thought, race, orientation, and sex.
The work load is not only impossible but makes no sense. The only folks that rise to the top are liars, fakes, lazy employees, master manipulators, or sociopaths willing to sacrifice their entire life to the game.
Regardless of the role, much of your day is talking people of the ledge. Whether it be buyers, cycle planners, retailers, TMs, peers... managing the suck is exhausting and you never succeed
