Pros

Not much anymore. Benefits are pretty standard compared to other organizations although as of late you will be punished and/or denied when trying to use PTO.

Cons

All the negative reviews on here sum it up pretty well. Reynolds has been hijacked by a group of arrogant, narcissistic, egomaniacs that want to parade around the country at race tracks and other events to present the illusion that they are successful and intelligent business people. Very childish attitude and behaviors which are really becoming too much to stomach. We are alienating our customers and wholesalers while the latest “winning mindset” business practices are at best unethical and at worst illegal. Do not get duped into working here under the pretense that you are somehow creating a better tomorrow as they like to say. In reality they are loosely trying to solve a problem they created while profiting from it and at the same time perpetuating the problem saying they need more profits from said problem products to reduce the harm they cause. No this is not the twilight zone, you have entered a typical day at the echo chamber which has become Reynolds.

1. The managerial style of the district manager in Seattle is extremely petty, his reviews make no sense whatsoever, and there is a rampant culture of favoritism going on in his district. 2. The insistence on doing “work withs” for a person with high functioning Autism was absolute torture. Even though reasonable accommodations were requested by me, none were given. 3. The district manager also referred to me as in proper nouns that were derogatory and EXTREMELY offensive to someone with Autism numerous times. 4. The payout of bonuses were also extremely infrequent, even though I qualified for them. 5. Finally during the interview process, one of the biggest selling points that was made to me was a promise of a work life balance with “exemplary pay.” Neither of which came to fruition.
