Unrealistic goals, back breaking duties, carrying heavy materials and merchandising that will cause Carpel Tunnel syndrome. Job requires 12 outlet visits a day. A storage unit that you share with 5/6 people so it’s over crowded and constantly deliveries causing dangerously stacked boxes. This causing accidents on a frequent basis. Managers who have no business being managers who are not properly trained in human resources or team building people skills. The communication is extremely poor, execution if constant change is unprofessionally explained ! you can work for the company for many many years and get nowhere, when others won are not qualified can just kiss up to the upper management land get promoted. If you’re a man in your 20’s or 30’s you will move up the ladder quicker than a female. There is no room for growth or promotions unless you’re willing to sell your house move your family and start over in a completely new city or state. Starting salary is the lowest in any retail industry especially compared to the competition Altria ! Bonuses are not according to your hard working skills and building revenue in your territory it is on a sliding scale so everyone on the team must meet the goal before you can get a bonus. No more stock options bonuses ! The company charges you $175.00 out of your salary for the company car! There are no more team building lunches or events and Las Vegas is no longer company trip ! BAT ruined this company for employees as all they care about is there stock holders millions. The company stop caring about their employees after merging with Nateral American Spirits ! I could go on and on ! I would not recommend this job to my worse enemy let alone a family or friend!
