      Great Family atmosphere and flexible schedules

      Cons

      Sometimes there is a disconnect between management and staff. There are too many managers managing one person which can make workload very difficult especially if management wants there work quickly.

      Pros

      The group is amazing it's like a family. The partner group is always looking for ways to improve and better the Firm. They also offer opportunity for employees to create the job they want and suggest changes they feel they need.

      Cons

      Vacation is never truly vacation, you will be emailed and expected to answer while away. Also, through late nights and weekends.
