Pros
- Growing extremely quickly therefore opportunities within the company are extensive - Within the UK they have purchased each element of logistics - a branch per service - therefore can offer all services - Management at all levels are available at all time for talking to and support - Many aspects to cover in the role therefore no day is ever the same
Cons
Honestly, the cons of this role is basically exactly the same as the pros. They are yet to settle within the UK and get comfortable with what they offer and as a result it is a little chaotic. Management are everywhere, no day is ever the same, too many individual sites that needs to accomodate the approach of cross selling much quicker to benefit the company itself.
