Pros
in the beginning, get refreshing Feeling nice office environment till the induction is over. They will tell you that we are looking at New young leader's New GEN thought process, also say " RHENUS WAY which is in the paper but looks like no one actually Know what is means
Cons
after Induction, you actually see there is a lot of talk about people leaving every day and you get tossed over to every other department with some PEP talk by the HR and your forced down the throats of the DEPT head and later when you cannot cope up then you're labeled as a failure.
