Flexible hours, excellent environment,, friendly people. I enjoy getting to meet new people and learning about the college while I am a student here

Cons

None that I can think of. Everything about the job is ideal for someone in college. Flexible hours is very helpful. I wish it paid more but don't we all?

Loved my education here so I loved fundraising for the school.

Cons

Extremely high turnover and serious issues with communication. Important conversations were so shrouded in corporate speak and plattitudes that nothing ever got done.
