Pros

Paid more than the student workers and get to choose my own hours. I get paid even when no one shows up.

Cons

The school restricts the number of hours you can work in a week even if there is high demand. This puts the tutors in a bind where they either tutor for free or kick people out of tutoring.

Loved my education here so I loved fundraising for the school.

Cons

Extremely high turnover and serious issues with communication. Important conversations were so shrouded in corporate speak and plattitudes that nothing ever got done.
