Cons

There is a lot of bureaucracy, which can be a road block to actually affecting change. The higher development positions can be pretentious at times, too.

Loved my education here so I loved fundraising for the school.

Cons

Extremely high turnover and serious issues with communication. Important conversations were so shrouded in corporate speak and plattitudes that nothing ever got done.
