Amazing students. Beautiful campus. Reasonable & clearly articulated tenure expectations. Has dedicated resources towards addressing DEI issues at both the student and faculty levels, and is including a broad array of constituents in constructing thoughtful and impactful solutions to addressing inequities.

Cons

Somewhat resource constrained (i.e., needs to increase endowment). Faculty potentially underpaid compared to peer institutions.

Loved my education here so I loved fundraising for the school.

Cons

Extremely high turnover and serious issues with communication. Important conversations were so shrouded in corporate speak and plattitudes that nothing ever got done.
