Pros
They managed to recruit good group of people and the products are solid in their market. Too bad they can't retain most employees.
Cons
The management is horrible, no clear direction, layoffs every other week. Recruiting people and after few month letting them go (which you can understand happening once or twice but not that often with so many great people). HR controlling the CEO and influencing him to behave even worse than he usually does. CEO that thinks that he is the gift of god to earth and instead of criticizing and letting people improve will slap them in the face and degrade them over email or in front of people (not an actual slap in the face but it feels like it). CEO that can't understand that product, processes, collateral needs to be released and then improved, therefore stops them and add feature or change the direction just before they are about to be released, resulting in no releases of anything (even if he himself approve it to the T before several times) A place that is managed by fear.
