The leadership (CEO, COO, Director of People, HR Director) are amazing to work with and are there to help you succeed. Heavily involved in day-to-day.

The owner puts his hands in the cookie jar too much and has too many rude and unprofessional feelings. If he doesn't like you or something at another location aggravates him, he will cuss you in front of others. He needs to take a step back unfortunately.
