*Management is young and inexperienced *Management is grossly disrespectful towards all non leadership positions *Management is often innapropriate and hypocritical *Management is ungrateful: they prefer to get what they can from you and then spit you back out when they don’t want you anymore, by cuts in scheduling and sections. *Ultimately it’s one of the unhealthier places I’ve worked at. Management and even corporate are not objective and the employees are too scared of the repercussions to speak up, and those that have have been fired or quit. At one point we were training a new server every other day for a 2 month period. *They also advertise that everything is homemade, but more than half of it is store bought. But the customer or “guest” is not always right here, only management. They advertise a “100% guarantee” on the food, yet any time a person is upset with their meal or gets overdone burnt food and has to wait 20 minutes for the new order and then still pays full price for it unless they REALLY push their unhappiness on management. *I could go into further detail about my experiences at this place but much more than that will likely give away my anonymity. I wish I knew this site existed years ago.
