Thank you for taking time to provide a review. Yes, we are particularly proud of all our people – they are amazing! We have fun, thanks to our many social and charity events, we want to make the environment enjoyable for all and we have multiple opportunities to give back to the community. As announced in the Town Hall, in 2017, we have a very focussed and hard-working Projects and Operations team currently reviewing and improving processes in all divisions. Some processes have been identified to be evolved in 2017 and we are looking forward to the outcome of this project. Our HR Team is taking a closer look at the benefits program and ensuring it is competitive. We are taking measures to further clarify the firm’s strategy, as discussed at our Town Hall this year, through a course of meetings and communication strategies. We continue to be committed to listening to our people – through an open door policy to our managers, partners and HR, the engagement survey we ran last year and subsequent survey champion meetings, the Women in Leadership Committees, and other informal avenues.
