It is unfortunate that the parametres may not be clear to all but we are working on communicating this more clearly. Mid-year and annual round tables facilitated by Human Resources provides advisors and partners with an opportunity to hear performance feedback from everyone an individual has worked with on files; not just the direct reports. Our audit post-mandate engagement reviews also support this process. Personal performance ratings, divisional and firm results are also directly linked to annual increase and bonus calculations.
