Pros

No one knows what they're doing so it's easy to just coast along. Pretty low standards so it would be easy to get hired. Do you want to be in IT but can't use a computer, be a sales person with no clue how to sell - this is the place for you!

Cons

Low pay, high workload. Management is a cheap as possible - won't pay for a $20 vent to prevent servers form overheating, or a $150 program to save 10k man hours and secure a $100k contract. You are constantly working with old, broken, jerry rigged equipment. Company is about 85% sales positions, yet it's the support staff bringing in clients while sales and management fight over which one of them gets the commission.

2nd shift more laid back Easy enough and decent pay

Cons

Can be slow, sometimes no work to do but you can bring in a book.
