Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We regret to hear that you had a negative experience working at Ricoh. We are proud of the world class service that our Field Services Team provides to our customers. We closely monitor customer satisfaction ratings and provide Field Technicians with regular training to ensure they are able to provide the level of service our customers have come to expect from Ricoh. Our customer satisfaction results have been excellent and improving year over year. In regards to turnover, we have many initiatives in place that are focused on helping us retain our talent. Unfortunately, we do lose good people to other opportunities outside of the organization at times. Although we would love to retain all of our top talent, we wish former employees nothing but the best of success if they decide to leave Ricoh.
