There is nothing we take more seriously than behaviours that are not in line with our culture and values. Any reported incidents are investigated through a very structured internal process. Ricoh is highly committed to employee development. We have a dedicated team that manages a broad range of programs and tools available to managers and all employees at Ricoh. With regards to your comments about compensation, we conduct regular analysis of the external market and strive to ensure that we remain competitive in terms of compensation and other reward-based programs.
