Very low pay, disorganized, they make changes to believe they are saving money but it alaways cost them more. Brought in automated dispatch system that does not work. It cost more to do a service call with the automated system then the previous system. This system has directly cost them many customers to switch to competitors hence when the customer goes away then the layoffs begin.
