Mark Ridley keeps the store in the stone age - Fresh Cut Supervisor Ridley's Family Markets Employee Review

Mark Ridley is too concerned with building more stores than he is with taking care of his existing stores and employees. They don't pay worth a damn, we have a 10 day waiting period to use our PTO, expensive health insurance, no holiday pay, the store manager is a lazy lookout for himself person and all our departments suck and can not retain employees to save their life.
