unmatched - Consultant Right Management Employee Review

Seems like a lot of spinning at the top and time spent with corporate-level highfalutin projects where the company was built on grass-level input and high quality consultants and customer-facing professionals. Voices from the top are the only ones heard or cared about- which erodes morale, energy and freshness. Upon hearing that employees want more communications they have forums to 'listen' but it is just a lecture forum or will listen, but go right back into grand thinking ignoring other voices. Have not seen a fundamental shift in upper management's attitude - 'i am right, you are wrong'
