Pros
The engineers at Right! Systems are of another tier and are extremely well versed in their ability to work on projects and deal with issues in day to day experiences with customers. PTO is given in large chunks and holidays are abundant.
Cons
Sales team regularly makes mistakes that can easily be prevented and seems to brush them off as a way of life. Customers regularly become irate as the Sales team seems to oddly prioritize items in a way that would not make sense at all. Management turns a blind eye to these antics as long as they do not have to listen to the customer personally and that the issues are "dealt with". Issues are routinely dealt with by not responding to the customer and just sweeping it under the rug. Pay is abhorrent and you will often find yourself working the exact same job with someone that makes twice what you make for half the performance. Health care plans and dental care plans are extremely low rate for a company that pulls in so much money.
