Pros
I love the fact that we are allowed to innovate, bring new ideas to the Team and that the organization is open to listening to their employees. When I see a productive way to accomplish something, I bring it to managements attention and 99% of the time it becomes the new SOP. RSI is always looking for ways to help their employees build their skills and nurture growth by allowing employees to participate in various training and events to help us better do our job. I cannot say enough good things about RSI!
Cons
There really isn't too many Cons about RSI. The only thing that I can think of is that our tools that we use on a daily bases do not always sync and it would be nice to have one cohesive tool instead of many different tools to accomplish our job functions.
