Pros
Pros and cons are likely dependent on department and manager (Outside Sales, Inside Sales, Services/Engineering, or Administration). RSI is a very family-friendly place to work. The flexibility and understanding when something family-related comes up is great. Reliable COLA raises, plus some. The annual profit sharing contribution to the 401k is nice, too. For the most part, coworkers are friendly and easy to work with. I enjoy working for a small, locally owned company.
Cons
The Lacey office (headquarters) interior needs some updating. It's a bit dreary. I wouldn't say that RSI does a poor job showing appreciation to employees, but I've worked for companies that have done it better.
