      Pros

      Small company, one owner BCBAs, BCaBA's, upper management, and company owner are always available. Team members support each other and help each other. Number one priority is to set the kids up for success. Riley ABA does amazing things for their clients. Clients grow by leaps and bounds.

      Compared to other companies ive worked at, you're seen and heard and everyone is always willing to help !

      The building has a good location

      Cons

      There is so much drama and cliques. The management changes their mind all of the time and makes it almost impossible to do anything correctly. The BCBAs are rude and condescending. They are old, grumpy, and out of touch with positive reinforcement.
