First off I’ve been in the rental business for a few decades and never ever thought. I’d get the opportunity to work at Ring Power! There has been a few speed bumps mainly because we were hired in the infant stages of really rolling out a standalone rental department. However, anybody with any sense knows that that’s what it takes to end up with a well old machine! After a few years, I still could not imagine working anywhere else!

Having one of our scheduled annual days off as a Veterans Day! Are you kidding me! Who does that? This place is unsurpassed by any other construction rental or retail outlet anywhere! Con’s??? Ha! Ummm… NO!

Weekly pay Decent benefits 2 weeks vacation and 1 week of sick starting at 90 days

Good ol boy system. If you're not in specific niche groups you'll be an outcast quick. Toxic culture from management. 5 years wasted on a company to drop you like nothing
